Komen Investments Limited (KIL) is Ghanaian company incorporated on the 23rd March 2004 as a limited liability Company under the Ghanaian Companies Act of 1963. It originally started operations as a Civil Engineering and Construction Company with an initial focus on the execution of Government Projects in Education and Water and Sanitation.

Two years into its existence, Komen Investments Limited diversified operations into sourcing the funding and execution of projects in the Roads, Ports, Agriculture, Health, Water and Sanitation, Energy, Oil and Gas, Natural Resources sectors of the Ghanaian Economy.
